Microsoft just got permission from the U.S. Commerce Department to ship over 60,000 Nvidia AI chips to the United Arab Emirates. This is the first export license of its kind approved under President Donald Trump’s administration, and it clears the way for Microsoft to move forward with its AI expansion plans in the Gulf.
